Get Money Smart!

Money doesn’t come with instructions. That’s why community organizations are joining together to help support financial education during the sixth annual St. Louis Money Smart Week – April 22-29, 2017.

During Money Smart Week, over 100 FREE classes will be offered for kids and adults across the St. Louis region. Learn about money management, goal setting, saving for retirement, saving for college, buying your first home, getting out of debt, building credit, how to avoid identity theft, raising money smart kids and more!

The week kicks off with a fun, family event at the St. Louis Zoo! The Money Smart Kids Zoo Safari is Saturday, April 22nd from 9 am to noon at the Living World (north entrance). Event will include Money Smart Kid games and activities with free prizes, coloring books and other giveaways.

The fun continues with an all day Empowerment Fair, with art, music, a scavenger hunt (for 6-8th graders), small business classes and much more.
