Sandy Weitkamp Benefits Case Manager of the Skills Center (Vocational Training for people with disabilities) discusses how many people have disabilities but do not consider their impairments as a limitation. People with all kinds of disabilities are underemployed or unemployed at greater rates and this has been even more pronounced with COVID-19.

Disability is a very large category and you might be eligible for certain programs. Examples will be given of what a disability is physically, mentally, and intellectually. Sandy will discuss multiple resources in the community to gain the necessary skills and secure employment.
